Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Destinations ZenDwell Store ships worldwide. Delivery timeframes vary by destination:
- Domestic (South Africa): 5–10 business days
- International: 10–21 business days, depending on the destination country and local customs processing
Free Shipping We offer free shipping on all orders over $50. Orders below this threshold will be charged a shipping fee calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Shipping Rates Shipping costs for orders under $50 are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is confirmed.
